1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and baj baji ("we", "us", "the platform") governing access to and use of the baj baji website at bajbaji.im and all related services including the online casino, sports betting, crash games, live casino and any other gaming products made available through this platform.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

baj baji is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on player accounts. You may be asked at any time to provide supporting documentation to verify your identity, including a valid government-issued ID (National Identity Card, NICOP or passport), proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and in some circumstances, evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension and delays to withdrawals.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your baj baji account login credentials. Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. baj baji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the baj baji platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied on the platform side.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transaction limits imposed by your payment provider will apply independently of baj baji's platform limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Standard withdrawals are processed within two to four (2–4) hours of submission during operational hours. VIP Gold, Platinum and Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing, typically completed within two hours. Withdrawals requested outside standard operational hours may experience minor delays and will be processed at the start of the next operational period. baj baji is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient's payment provider or banking system after the withdrawal has been dispatched from our end.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal, regardless of whether any bonus has been claimed. This condition applies to all players and is separate from bonus-specific wagering requirements. 5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Where baj baji identifies bonus abuse, all associated bonus funds and derived winnings will be voided, and the account(s) involved will be permanently closed.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. If you make a deposit while an existing bonus is active and have not completed the associated wagering requirement, the new deposit will be treated as a non-bonus deposit and will not attract an additional bonus unless the existing bonus has expired or been forfeited.

baj baji reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to technical faults, human error or feed issues. Such bets, referred to as "palpable errors", will be settled at the correct odds where they can be determined, or voided entirely with stakes returned. A palpable error is one where the offered odds are materially different from the true market price for the relevant outcome at the time the bet was accepted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baj baji platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way, including placing bets, completing wagering requirements or managing account functions
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors in a way that provides an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided
• Attempting to launder money through the platform or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Using VPN, proxy services or other means to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent account restrictions
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings from the relevant deposit
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so
• Sharing your login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your baj baji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

12.3 Account Closure by baj baji

baj baji reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at any time where we have reason to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, where required by applicable law or regulation, or where continuing to operate the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Where an account is closed by baj baji for a reason other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player. Where an account is closed due to a breach, balances may be forfeited in full.
